Nevaeh Dyson
Singer/Songwriter
In the past three years, Nevaeh Dyson has established herself as one of the busiest performers in the Okanagan Valley. Her honest approach to writing gives the listener the unique sense that they’ve joined her continuous train of thought- an experience shared with many as she toured across Canada in 2023.
Dyson began busking in her hometown of Kelowna in the Summer of 2021 and within weeks was playing at some of the busiest venues in and around town. Beginning as a cover artist, she quickly found a love for writing music and storytelling and began crafting her unique performance approach.
As things stepped up in 2023 she played the highly coveted Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival, with other artists on the lineup being Blue Rodeo and Sarah McLachlan. That Fall, Dyson embarked on a solo tour from Vancouver Island, BC to St. John’s, Newfoundland. Playing over 20 shows across the country, her music is catching the attention of patrons and venues alike, with standing invitations to play surrounding tour locations in 2024.
She’ll be playing festivals and shows throughout Western Canada and the UK in 2024. Some highlighted performances include Westival in Wales, “The best small UK Festival”- The Times, and being an opening act for Steven Page at Ravenwood Music Festival.
Although she has no music released on streaming platforms yet, she posts on social channels at least once per day, creating a dedicated fanbase for her original music.
